Ian Tamblyn's performance at the Princess Cinema in Waterloo on November 8th, was a delightful evening of music, blending folk songs and story telling into one. I've had the pleasure of knowing Ian for many years and I am always struck by the honest nature of his music. Lovely melodies and a heart warming voice, combined with lyrics that paint a picture and draw you into each story. It was a treat to have him back in Waterloo

Harry Manx was the first performer in the “Live on Stage” series of concerts at Waterloo, Ontario’s Princess Cinema. Harry’s eclectic brand of acoustic blues and world music plays well in this warm and intimate downtown venue. Manx is a gifted songwriter and a talented multi-instrumentalist whose musicianship, endearing vocals and sense of humour are a pleasure to experience. Manx, who has played at the Princess several times over the past few years, always delivers a fine performance and these two shows were no exception. It was a great way to start off the fall concert series.

Bethany Dillon opened with a short set and quickly won over the crowd. Her strong voice and catchy acoustic guitar had everyone captivated. Shane and Shane followed with a great performance setting the stage for the headliner, Starfield who were rock solid.
